Hey, free editing and for us free unit?! perfect combination... I checked it all out and I didn't notices anything that looked in error - I did a cute unit with my kids using Mouse Paint though - They were kindergarten so learning to add as well. We did handprints of the primary colors on a strip (red handprint +blue handprint = purple handprint) - the kids got to actually mix the colors and see that when combined they really do make the colors.. it was a nice poster to show the school what we were learning and combo using addition skills -- thanks for sharon the unit!
ReplyDeleteHi Mrs. Tabb,
ReplyDeleteI didn't find any errors and I thought that this was an original unit you don't see very often. I also appreciated the theme was not around a holiday but a character. Thanks for sharing.

A really nice unit! I especially like the poem of Five Little Mice and the mouse patterning activity!
ReplyDeleteThanks
Love the free unit! This is nit picky, but you did ask... :) I noticed in the K standards that you need a space between 0 and representing on KCC.3 and under KCC.4 your a. and b. sentences go onto new lines when they don't need to. On the fingerprint activity on the fourth page, you need to end the quote with a punctuation mark. You should also have a comma after said on all of those pages. Example: The first mouse said, "Yes!" Overall it looks great and like it will be tons of fun! Good job!
ReplyDeleteI looked it over & think it looks great! It is a very interesting theme! Love it! The mouse cupcakes are the cutest :)
